” Early childhood education is the key to the betterment of society”

– Maria Montessori

Infant Community at Scripps Montessori School is designed to allow children to grow and develop at their own pace. The community provides the child the opportunity to explore their world in a safe, loving and nurturing environment. In addition to language and sensorial exercises, the Infant Community provides the skills to become independent and self-sufficient  in our ever changing world. Through these exercises, the student learns fine motor skills, gross motor skills, self-control, and grace and courtesy to interact with one another.
